Normally the books are of a good quality and condition, (not always) and arrive on time when posted to the UK. Posting to Spain, and the courier they use, is unreliable books often do not arrive or are returned. They need to sort get their act together here and use one of the many reliable Spanish couriers.

bought off amazon and when received the book was already drawn in I wouldn't mind yet it was a do it yourself activity book that I bought for my little brother only to find that someone else's kid has already had there use out of it and drawn all over it you should not be selling books in that condition

There's nothing wrong with your service, but you should try to find out cheaper shipping to Europe. You have a lot of interesting books even at the moment but shipping about doubles the purchase price.

Great range of books on offer from fiction to fact, used to new and hardback to softback. The ordering process is simple. The delivery is quick and the condition of the pre-owned books, in my experience, is very good.

I ordered 2 books as a birthday present for a friend. The first one arrived on time, however the 2nd one didn't arrive until nearly a week later. They were packaged well and arrived in very good condition.

Amazing! I prefer reading paper books, so I am happy that I can buy used ones. This way I do not have to cut trees. Also - customer support is amazing: very responsive and helpful.
