Love vinted!

I love vinted, whenever there's been an issue it's been sorted. The only thing I would say is that in the filters it would be useful to be able to filter Out certain brands, for whatever reason, as sometimes there's a brand you don't like, but you have to opt into all of the others rather than just not seeing g that specific brand. Live vinted otherwise.

I think more guidance on the site…

I think more guidance on the site re:offers would be beneficial, I didn’t know that you could accept higher offers even when you’d accepted an offer as its not binding until item is paid. The features aren’t well noted. Equally when my item was delayed in the post the compensation that would have been offered if the parcel had not been received was over 50% less than what I’d been paid for them, not great. It has put me off. Payments take a while to get to you as you are relying on delivery and then the buyer feedback to say all ok before released, which I understand but it significantly delays your payment.

I made £300 in one month!

I love using Vinted! Thought it would be a complicated process as a seller but I literally just had to buy some post bags and off I went! I’ve made £300 in one month selling stuff that I’ve either never worn or worn once. Great experience as both a buyer and a seller 😊

Customer service is appalling!

I’m not finding the Vinted team very helpful when any problems arise, constant palm offs, manipulation and negative results.
However I’ve managed to find a few dresses that I really like on Vinted.
I’ve sold a few too, but do you think I can put in my bank details to withdraw my money, of course not and now I’m waiting 48hours to find out why. Customer service is shocking tbf!!! On one occasion a person sent me a wrong item, I had to send it back to her, meaning I paid for delivery twice. Vinted didn’t give a toss that I was out of pocket and stated that they aren’t doing anything about rectifying the issue.

I’d score zero if I could Buyer…

I’d score zero if I could Buyer protection means nothing every time the item isn’t as described damaged wrong size not listed as faulty I have to cover the cost of return it an absolute joke. Requested copies of data they held on me under gdpr they never responded

A seller used offensive language about my gender and Vinted do nothing

Be careful as you can get conned so easily

I’m concerned my Financial data is not stored safely

Lost item

Sold an item, the parcel has been lost during the shipping stage, Vinted said after the 11th June I would be given compensation. It is now the 14th June and I have heard nothing. I contacted Vinted and they just told me the parcel is still on its way when it isn’t as it was posted nearly 2 weeks ago…

Beginners Joy

I have just started and had a lovely experience with a F&F jumpsuit I sold to a lady for £7. I'd paid £25 and jt hung in the wardrobe because it didn't fit. She messaged me to thank me for sending it so quickly and told me she was happy to stumble upon it because she'd seen it in Tesco but they didn't have her size. That feedback made my day

Cool website to find clothes!

I purchased a few clothes on this website recently, by the way you can find some rare stylish pieces in here! The seller was quick in shipping my purchases, and I even got a text with thanks! The only small issue was with registering. The website at the time did not take email addresses to register with, despite that being one of the options offered. I used a different software and I was able to.

Vinted is great!

It’s so easy to get started and sell on Vinted. I recommend it to everyone who wants to make some extra cash while clearing out their place !! And it’s amazing to buy something from it , the chat feature is great and I bought my eras tour outfit from it. Overall great!

Vinted is very easy to use to buy and…

Vinted is very easy to use to buy and sell items. I was worried about the whole process and had no need to fear. Payment is simple postage labelling is simple. You do not even require a printer!
I have never used the locker system before and the app explains everything

Not any ware near ebay’s level

Not any ware near ebay’s level. Customer service at Vinted is non existent, they just copy and paste responses and don’t read your message. They only release the money for a sale after 10 to 14 days. It’s worth trying just don’t expect much, Vinted will remove your items for no reason, then talk to you like you’re a moron. So if you like not being listened to, only getting 50% of the price that you can get on eBay and only having 30% of eBay’s customer levels, then Vinted is probably for you 😂. Seriously though don’t waste your time listing items, nothing sells. I had over 100 items listed, 3 sold in 2 weeks. 3 sold a day on eBay 🙂.

The site is shocking!!…

The site is shocking and the customer service are some of the most useless people that have ever been paid to do a job. Trying to list a genuine authentic coat sent them proof of authenticity and the label so if they could use a website correctly they could have entered the code to see it was genuine. The so called helpful person I was taking to Jihene is about as useful as a chocolate tea pot just constantly sending automated replies. They are crap to put it politely. Don’t help at all.

What an absolutely shambolic platform

What an absolutely shambolic platform. Mainly run by bots, and seem to falsely accuse people of selling fakes or misleading info on their items, taking sale items down and warning sellers with ne real redress.

They always side with the buyer, irrespective of who's at fault.

On the Vinted Rants FB page there are some awful examples of sellers losing not only the items but also their money, sometimes £100s. WELL WORTH A READ.

Such a shame, it started off well and has continued to go down hill ever since.

Regular seller

Regular seller, my account was blocked without any explanation. Vinted customer service is not responsive. I've lost a lot of money because of that. Be very aware of selling here, or buying here. This platform is a total mess. No customer service, no checks in what the people sell or buy in this platform.

Novice vintner

As a novice vinted user( there should be a name, vintner?) I have found the whole process unbelievably easy to use. I especially liked the digital posting as I don't have a printer. Sold items and bought items with no fuss and I have a happy bank balance😉

Any chance anyones knows what happens now?
I’ve bought something of vinted later knowing it was a scam without knowing, notification saying parcel has been sent as soon as I bought it with the account being banned in the morning. It’s took the money out of my card, when will I be able to get this back if at all?

Bad customer service don’t waste your time

Selling and buying on here is great untill you run in to a problem, I have over 50 5 Star reviews not 1 review with under 5 star. Basically I ordered a bundle of a seller of 3 items, I received a parcel containing only
One of the items and the package wasn’t sealed properly, luckily I sent photos of the state before opening as it looked suspect. 2 weeks later all I’ve had off there support is loads of generic Bot responses which is really annoying and frustrating as you can imaging I have even gone down the route of emailing them and still they give Bot response, can’t see this app up and running for the next 10 years unless they pull there fingers out and up there customer support! Just stick to eBay honestly
