Adding compose file for cross-seed specifically for qbittorrent. And direct injection.

I can remove the template, I'd added it initially and figured I'd leave it here in case it was still uncertain that we wanted it.

I do want to have a functional sb_mod style option included if we can so the file might even be needed.

Hey @maximuskowalski did you want me to try making a role for this? I'm sure I could come up with something, but it may take me a while.

It would be very basic, along the lines of tqm. With as little that's going to go into it if I do it, it may be better staying as a compose example for now, where people can fill in what they need. Since it now supports transmission, there's even more stuff for me to try to figure out how to automate :p

I thought you had more or less already done that - either is fine and you could also do both. This is the DAN space.
