High-Tech Employee Antitrust Litigation is a class-action lawsuit filed on behalf of over 64 thousand employees of Apple, Google, Adobe, Intel, Intuit, Pixar and Lucasfilm (the last two are subsidiaries of Disney) against their employer alleging that their wages were held lower due to an agreement between their employers not to hire employees from their competitors.[1][2]
