almost perfect

almost perfect, just one step to the top, it need to achieve the top, it need the reading and scan the document, instead to fullfil the space.

Communication and the staff are helpful…

Communication and the staff are helpful ,they will communicate to the client what is not good and resubmit.They care about the clients and supported with information and give examples which is needed in documents.Making it easy and simple.

Horrible company, horrible customer service - DONT USE

Horrible company - DON'T USE. They added super rush charges that cost you 150$ and a year long visa for a layover of less than 2 hrs. Horrible customer service experience (sounds like AI generated and their staff keeps changing and as such never answer a direct question).

And worst of all, you can't delete your personal contact information.

Strongly recommend NOT to use
