JPG and video files get an incorrect time if they do not contain date/time metadata.

How can we reproduce it?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add jpg or video files without a taken at date in their metadata to originals
  2. Index the files

The files do get year, month and day set to Unknown. This is expected. However the files get a time set. This time seems to be unrelated to the files metadata. I assume it is somehow related to the indexing time.

What behavior do you expect?

The time should also be set to Unknown.
