Currently the only way to adjust the volume is to open the hanabi extension settings and set a value there or via the audio settings in GNOME settings where you can set a volume per currently playing audio stream. Both ways are a bit complicated. It would be more straight forward and user friendly if you could adjust volume by mouse scroll if cursor positioned over icon in panel, as it for instance offers mpris label extension
