Synchronizing Github Projects to one another #63960

GitHub doesn't natively support complex synchronization scenarios as you've described without some automation. If advanced synchronization and project management features are critical for your workflow, it might be worth investing time in automation or integrating more feature-rich third-party tools. ZenHub and Jira are great examples of this. If you would like to attempt some level of synchronicity, here are a few options:

Example Github project - Arch as code All the issues appear on one single Project board for tracking and management purpose. We've linked this project on all 6 repos and so the issues are in sync between the project and the repo. We've manually added the issues to Epics (issues which we differentiate by adding a label as epic) for high level categorization and roadmap view. |

Is there a way to synchronize two different GitHub projects together without needing to establish automation through the Github API and/or Github Actions?
Examples:
I have one project for all of my organization that tracks all of the work the organization is doing across different repositories. This project could be sliced up into different teams. If I were to create this major project, and have two minor projects (one for each team) could I roll up the changes from the smaller projects to the bigger project?
I have two projects that two different teams work on. However, there are some shared issues and some non-shared. Could I somehow synchronize the issues to one another according to shared project metadata?
Additionally, if there are any projects out there in the github world that are excellent example cases, could you share them?
