Hello, I am a student, what does OASIS SDK have to do with Parcel? If I plan to do research and development related to SGX-based blockchain privacy protection, which one should I use for development?

Oasis SDK enables one to build new runtimes (also called ParaTimes) that can run on top of the Oasis network. Each runtime can be considered as a separate chain that gets its security from the Oasis consensus layer. There are existing confidential runtimes that leverage SGX built using the Oasis SDK, for example Sapphire (high-level, docs, repository) which supports confidential EVM smart contracts.
